How do your shirts fit?
Check the Size Guide for exact measurements. Our pieces run slightly oversized, so wear your usual size for a relaxed fit or size down for a closer fit.
What if it doesn't fit?
No stress. You can exchange for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. See our Returns page.
Care
How should I wash my RCLMD gear?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with like colors, and hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. This keeps the graphics sharp for the long haul.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery in the US usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update. More details on our Shipping page.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Email support@rclmd.shop right away with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Full details on our Returns page.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email support@rclmd.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
